General
Personal use only (for commercial use, please go to Vgen)
Payment MUST be upfront (deposit / partial payment is possible)
For safety, payment via Paypal would using Paypal Invoice only (don't ask me my paypal email)
No refund except if i have trouble or unable to finish your commission.
Using my commissioned artwork as NFT and/or AI training is strictly prohibited. ㅤ
Please note : i ONLY draw in my own Anime style ㅤ (as shown in my samples). so please Don't ask me to draw in any other style!
I have all the rights and credit for the artwork, you can't claim that you draw the artwork you've commissioned from me.
All prices are fixed, no bargains allowed
There may things that i am not able or uncomfortable to draw, so please kindly respect if i ended up decline your request.
I only take 5 commissions slot per batch. My commission won't open until i finish all slots for each batch

Workflow
You can contact me from DM via Twitter / Instagram ( @ Lulorena30) or from my Discord ( Lulorena#5454). You can also send me an Email to place order.
Only after i receive your payment/deposit then i will send you my commission's order form and start working on your commission (or put you in the batch list if there's queue)
If you want to order other commission that's not listed on my pricelist you can always ask/discuss with me
Please provide clear reference of your commission request (visual reference is very preferable).
I normally draw on A5 to A4 size with 300 dpi at max, there might be additional price if you want to order in much bigger size canvas.
Work phase: Rough sketch > Rough coloring > Lineart > Coloring > Finishing
Revision could only be given 3 times. It would take extra charge if you demand for another revision (max. 7 times).
Except if i'm the one who offering for revision, You can only ask it at sketching / rough coloring phase.
Depends on the queue, my personal circumstance and your commission order type, it may take 2 week - 2 months to finish your commission request. (rush order may need extra charge)
You are able to ask about your commission progress max. once per week. You can kindly approach me via DM / Email only but please no over-rushing.
You will recieve a Finished Artwork of your commission request in max. quality of PNG/JPEG file only.
You are NOT and NEVER ENTITLED to have the raw file (PSD/CLIP) of your commission pieceIf your payment status is on deposit/partial, i WON'T give you the final artwork until you fulfill the whole payment
I normally don't post my commission works in my social media (except Vgen and my commission acc on twt and tumblr for my portfolio / commission samples).
Feel free to inform me if you want/don't want me to post your commissioned result.
